My time at AIESEC was a turning point for my professional discipline. As the Vice President of Marketing, I managed marketing operations across 6 different cities. My main focus was building scalable lead generation systems and managing cross-functional teams to reach national targets.

Because of the sustainable growth and team performance we achieved, I was honored with the 'Best VP Marketing of the Last 10 Years' award. This experience taught me how to lead with ownership, manage stakeholders, and deliver results under pressure—skills that I now apply to every e-commerce project I manage.
